Born in the Federal District, today Mexico City. Since 2013 lives in Coatepec, Ver.

She is an educator at the Escuela Nacional de Educadoras de la SEP.

Graduated in Visual Arts from the National School of Plastic Arts, UNAM. (known as Academia de San Carlos)

He has more than fifty solo and group exhibitions, mainly in CDMX, Edomex, Tlaxcala and Veracruz.

He has taken several courses, workshops and diplomas in techniques, theory and art history.

In parallel with her activity as a visual artist, she has dedicated 27 years of her professional life to teaching in elementary and secondary education at the SEP and the Colegio de Bachilleres, as well as in visual arts workshops at the Nacional Monte de Piedad.

She was coordinator of technical-pedagogical support for Secondary Education, where she developed the first courses for teachers of art education in the SEP of Mexico City.

In Mexico City, he has presented his work in more than fifty group and solo exhibitions at the Colegio de Bachilleres, Museo Trotsky, Galería "La Esmeralda" of INBA, Museo de San Ildefonso of UNAM, Casa de Cultura Reyes Heroles de Coyoacán, and Azcapotzalco, as well as the Centro Cultural Carlos Pellicer, Galería La Escalera, Casa de Cultura of UAEM, and the independent Casa de Cultura of UAEM, the Casa de Cultura Reyes Heroles of Coyoacán, and the Azcapotzalco as well as the Centro Cultural Carlos Pellicer, the Galería La Escalera, the Casa de Cultura of the UAEM, the independent Gallery of the ENAP, UNAM, Teatro Reforma and other forums of the IMSS, Círculo Teatral.

Collaborated with Maestro Nicolás Moreno in the creation of the mural "Ahí está el Pueblo", a tribute to the rural teacher, for the SNTE Cultural Center.

Since 1991 he has traveled through Mexico, Spain, France, Cuba and Morocco, to create landscapes in-situ, applying techniques such as washi-zokei, acrylic, encaustic, watercolor, pastel and, above all, oil.

In 2013 he moved his residence to Coatepec because, being the landscape his main motive, he seeks to be closer to it. In this "Pueblo mágico", he has promoted cultural activities and exhibitions in the Palacio Municipal and Casa de Cultura de Coatepec, El Caftán Rojo S.C., and several restaurants-galleries.

In Xalapa he has also made several exhibitions in the State Congress and other forums, as well as in the Port of Veracruz, in the headquarters of the Veracruz Institute of Culture and the Museum of the City, as well as in the Cultural Center of Alamo Temapache, Technological University of Huatusco, among others.

Outside of Mexico, he has had solo exhibitions at the Taller de Papel Artesanal de la Oficina del Historiador in Havana, Cuba and group exhibitions at the Progetto 7 Lune Gallery in Venice.

Throughout 2017, he has held the exhibitions "Ventanas Donde Solo Hay Muros" and "Tlaxcala en Trazos", which are toured in various cultural venues of the ITC in the State of Tlaxcala.

He has illustrated several books of poems by writers such as Erasmo Rodríguez Barreto (in Colombia), Lilitt Tagle, América Femat.

He has illustrated poems in the magazine Campos de plumas and collaborated with several writers with works for covers, such as Jade Villa.

In February 2020, he celebrated his 30 years of professional work in the plastic arts with the exhibition "Veracruz and Tlaxcala, landscapes in contrast" at the Museum of Anthropology of Xalapa, of the Universidad Veracruzana.

He has joined virtual exhibition projects, such as the Veracruz Indigenous Creators Network, IVEC, among others.

In 2022 he held an exhibition of his landscapes at the Centro Recreativo Xalapeño.

In February 2023 he inaugurated his exhibition "Renatta painted here", in the space of the Pedestrian Gallery of the Cultural Corridor "Carlos Fuentes", in the city of Xalapa, where he remained until the end of April.

 

She is the author of the column "Una ventana al arte" (A window to art), published during 2021 in Revista sin Recreo.

She has taken creative writing courses with writers Raúl Parra, Lilia Ramírez, América Fema, Daniel Medina and Pura López Colomé.

He is a member of the Colectivo Café Literario and the Red de Escritores por el Arte y la Literatura A.C. (Writers Network for Art and Literature).

His poems and texts are part of several printed and digital anthologies.

Her poetic work has been the subject of the Letras encadenadas program in Getafe, Spain. Selected for the Encuentro de Escritores en Resistencia, in the state of Hidalgo in 1918. He has published his poetry in the magazines Campos de Plumas and Periódico Poético.

Selected in the contest of the Editorial Bitácora de Vuelos to edit her poems in the anthology "Jardín de Figuras Abiertas II".

He has published the poetry books "Describiendo un mundo", independently produced, and "Dentro, una voz", with Ediciones del Espejo Somos.
