My name is Alejandra Giordano, and in my illustrative work I use the pseudonym Alita Ilustradora, I was born and live in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I was born and live in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I am an educator of initial level and Naif plastic artist, illustrating is a gift that comes to me since I was a child, when I used to draw and assemble books with scraps of paper.
I have also designed works that were published as cards for the Patronato de la Infancia de Buenos Aires, Argentina.
I attended illustration workshops, but it is as an autodidact that I managed to find my own style, exploring different techniques and materials.

Currently, I illustrate for
Children's Literature books, published in different countries such as Spain, Chile, Italy, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Palestine, Brazil and Ecuador.
I illustrated the book Niños de agua (Children of water), selected in representation of Ecuador for the Cerlac Unesco Ibby de Lij Catalogue and the United Nations 2030 Agenda.
I was a finalist in the Illustration category of the Minauno. Brasil 2021 for the book La niña en la ventana.

I illustrated the book El pez más feo, highlighted of the year by Girándula Asociación Ecuatoriana del libro infantil y juvenil IBBY Ecuador.
And reach Finalist in the children's book category for the book, La montaña más cerca del cielo, Ages Award 2021.
